Request for young person to share experience of treatment for B-ALL with Kymriah (CAR-T)
Are you a young person aged 18-25 years old, or a parent or carer of a child or young person under the age of 26 years who has been treated for B-ALL with Kymriah (a CAR-T therapy), or received any other treatment for this condition?
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) are currently considering whether to continue funding Kymriah as a part of routine care for patients under 26 years old who live with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (B-ALL).
We would like to speak to you if you have experience of caring for a young person who has experienced B-ALL and received treatment for the condition, especially if you have experience of CAR-T therapies, or would like to share how new treatments could support patients.
We’re looking for volunteers to join a 1-2-1 phone call or video call to share your story, which should take up to 30 minutes. We are particularly interested in volunteers who would be willing to be nominated as patient experts as part of the NICE process.
